я заказывал тот , в котором много дырочек . он размером с фалангу большого пальца руки и в принципе не оказывает какой-либо серьезной нагрузки (цвет черный). но я заказал сразу две штуки и кладу их не на передние зубы , а подкладываю с двух сторон . так нагрузка возрастает . могу добавить , что не обязательно постоянно жевать , можно просто держать челюсть сомкнутой . материал без вкуса и запаха , мои чувствительные зубы никак не реагируют . в комментариях писали , что быстро рвутся , если у меня тоже порвётся , я отпишусь . в целом советую

I assumed the different colours would mean each had a different firmness like the name brand ones, but they are the same other than the colour. Still great though and do exactly what they advertise to do. Very happy.
